Disney's - Disney Junior To Premier Tomorrow Feb 14, 2011 - Ohhhhh BOY !
The much anticipated Disney Junior to debut tomorrow on the Disney Channel. With a new show line-up like " Jake and The Neverland Pirates " it looks to be a cute change from "Playhouse Disney". Although change is sometimes good, it's up in the air at this point as to how well this will go over. It seems to most, that Disney is attempting to capture back the "tween" or "pre-tween" audience that it some how lost along the way. Only time will tell, we will just have to "watch and see".

A "Couple" claim their "child" received burns from HOT nacho cheese ! LOL yeah right
A very sad case of how people abuse the system for greed! And use a child to win peoples hearts and feel sorry for the poor kid who probably didn’t sustain any damages from said incident. Sad case...Just Sad... Good luck Disney.. FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT ! !

A Chula Vista couple who say their 4-year-old son was scalded by hot nacho cheese during a visit to Walt Disney World in Florida is suing the entertainment company in federal court in San Diego, alleging negligence.
Sean Cahill, the attorney for Michael and Maria Harris, said they filed the suit after months of trying to resolve the case out of court.
A Disney representative said it would be inappropriate to comment on pending litigation, adding that it's unfortunate when any child is injured.
Cahill said the accident occurred last March 17 during the family's first trip to Disney World. The attorney said 4-year-old Isaiah Harris sat down to dinner in an unsteady chair and grabbed a table so he wouldn't fall.
The boy's hand caught a food tray and a cup of nacho cheese flew onto his face, burning his upper lip and other spots, Cahill said, adding that his clients worry that their son's lip will be permanently scarred.
According to the lawsuit filed Wednesday in San Diego, there was no effort on Disney's part to regulate and monitor the temperature of nacho cheese being served to young children.
The boy's parents did not request a specific damage amount in their lawsuit.

R.I.P - Bill Justice - A Legendary Animator With Walt Disney Company
Bill Justice passed away Thursday at the age of 97.
Mr. Justice worked on Disney films like Peter Pan, Fantasia, Alice In Wonderland, Bambi and worked on cartoons like Chip and Dale. Mr. Justice collaborated on several attractions and projects throughout Disneyland and Disney World, including, Country Bear Jamboree, Great Moments With Mr.Lincoln, Mickey Mouse Revue, Pirates Of The Caribbean and the Hall Of Presidents. He will be dearly missed, our condolences to his family and his Disney family.
